Bei uns ist die Instandhaltung papierlos. Dank AMOS-Mobile brauchst du kein Klemmbrett und Stift mehr, sondern lebst paperless maintenance. Doch das ist nur das Fundament unsere Innovationen. Präventive Instandhaltung wird durch automatisierte Zustandsdatenerfassung (z.B. mit Sensorik), Analytics und digitale Asset Steuerung (z.B. Boroscope Inspection) und automatisierte Durchführung (z.B. Robotik für Routinearbeiten) effizient gestaltet. Wir lieben neue Ideen! Deine Innovationen werden gehört und bei erfolgreicher Umsetzung auch prämiert. In unserem „Ideenportal“ kannst du deine Verbesserungsvorschläge einreichen – egal ob im Bereich Digitalisierung, Effizienz, Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit oder Nachhaltigkeit. Ein großartiges Beispiel des Ideenportals ist das eTLB-Projekt (electronical technical logbook). Es zielt darauf ab, das papierbasierte nTLB durch ein IT-gestütztes System zu ersetzen, um die Wartung durch frühzeitige Informationen über den technischen Zustand des Flugzeugs vor Ankunft in der Halle effizient vorzubereiten.
